The brief
Who it’s for. What it needs to do.
For a photography business, the work is the reason to book.
House & Home Photography is Cameron’s own real estate media business, started in 2020. The website needed to introduce the photography, make the offering understandable and give agents and property owners a direct route into booking a shoot.
This is an owner-built project: Cameron made both the work being presented and the website that presents it. The design keeps the photographs central and gives the words a supporting role.
Design decisions

Lead with the product
Large photographs establish the quality and character of the work before a visitor reads a long explanation. The opening screen gives the photography most of the attention, with the business identity and navigation supporting it.
Keep browsing connected to booking
The longer page gives visitors room to review the work, while the service and booking routes stay part of the experience. The design is intended to help someone decide whether the photography fits their listing, then take the next practical step.
The visitor journey
From the first question to the next step.
Review the photography
Start with the images and decide whether the work suits the property or listing.
Understand the offering
Look for the service information and pricing relevant to the shoot.
Move into booking
Use the booking route when the work and service scope are a fit.
Delivered work
What’s here, and what it demonstrates.
What was built
A public website for an operating real estate photography business, built by Cameron in 2020. The site presents the portfolio and connects it to the business’s booking journey.
The result in context
The site launched alongside the business, so there is no previous-site baseline for a before-and-after comparison. This example shows how the owner presents and sells a visual service; it does not assign revenue growth to the design.
