What happensafter you sign up.

Done-for-you means exactly that. We design, write, build, and launch while you review. Live in as little as three days.

  • Foundation3–5 days
  • Studio5–10 days
  • Atelier10–14 days
01 · The timeline

Every build follows the same six steps.

Bigger sites just take a little longer.

  • Foundationa one-page site3–5 days
  • Studioa full small-business site5–10 days
  • Ateliera full build10–14 days

Plain calendar days, kickoff to launch — sized to the build.

  1. Tell us about your business

A short wizard — your business, your tone, the one thing you want visitors to do. You can save and come back if you want to think on a question.

  2. The kickoff call

Your project manager books a time the same day you finish. Twenty minutes to go over your brief together. After that, you only step in when there’s a draft to review.

  3. The design draft

Early in the window, the design lands in your dashboard — a real designer arranging real pages around what you actually do, not a moodboard.

  4. Staging review

The full site goes up on a private staging link. Walk through it, try it on your phone, and leave notes wherever something should change.

  5. Revisions

Your feedback lands on the page. A round is one batch of notes, not a single change — Studio includes two rounds (Foundation one, Atelier unlimited).

  6. Launch

You approve, we connect your domain, and the site goes live — inside your plan’s range, kickoff to launch. Then we keep it maintained.

02 · The exchange

Your part is the short column.

A call, a logo, some photos, a questionnaire. We do the rest, and you only step in when there’s something to review.

What you give us

  • Twenty minutes for a kickoff call
  • Your logo — or we draft a simple wordmark, included
  • Photos, if you have them — none required
  • Answers to a short questionnaire

What we do

  • Copywriting — we interview you for tone, then write so it reads like you
  • Design and layout — desktop and mobile, tuned by hand
  • Photo curation — crop, color-correct, arrange; we source on-brand stock if you have nothing
  • Domain and DNS — bring your own or buy one through us
  • Hosting, SSL, and backups
  • SEO fundamentals — clean markup, proper meta, fast pages
  • The deploy — staging, revisions, launch day
03 · Review & revisions

You review the real thing, not a mockup.

  • A staging link, not a slideshow

When the draft is ready, the Review tab in your dashboard turns from quiet to active — the full site, embedded, with a short note from your designer pointing out anything they want your eye on.

  • Comments in plain words

Leave notes where things should change — no tickets, no jargon. Send a long list; we treat it as one round.

  • Approve when it’s right

Hit Approve and we move straight to your domain. Approval is reversible until we publish — spot something late and we’ll roll you back to revisions.

  • A second pair of eyes

Generate a read-only link for a partner or colleague — it can expire, work once, or take a password. They see the preview, never your dashboard.

A concept build on its staging link — the businesses are fictional, the craft is real.

04 · After launch

Launch day is just the beginning.

The web keeps changing — plugins update, browsers shift, photos get stale — so we handle maintenance, security, and small updates to keep your site fresh.

  • Designed by a person, around your business

A real designer builds every page around what you actually do, so the site fits your business instead of making your business fit a template.

  • Words that sound like you

We learn how you talk about your work, then write your headlines and pages so they sound like you and not like a brochure.

  • Your photos, at their best

Send whatever you have and we'll clean it up and place it well. If you don't have photos, we'll source images that suit your brand.

  • Built for the phone first

Most of your customers will find you on a phone, so we design for that first and tune the desktop version to match.

  • Hosting, security, and backups handled

We run all of it, so your site stays online and loads fast and you never have to think about a server.

  • Domain setup, done for you

Bring a domain you already own or buy one through us. We handle the DNS wiring so you never have to learn what DNS means.

  • One dashboard as you grow

When you're ready for SEO, content, or tools to bring in leads, they plug into the same dashboard you already know.

  • Changes whenever you need them

Need a new photo, an updated price, or a fresh headline? Send it over and we make the change. Your site stays current without you logging in.

What if I don’t like it?

You tell us, in plain words. We revise. If after two rounds you’re still not happy, we refund and part on good terms.

It’s rare. Straight from the FAQ.

The questions everyone asks next.

It depends on the size of the build. Foundation — a one-page site — goes live in 3–5 days. Studio, a full small-business site, takes 5–10 days. Atelier, a full build, takes 10–14 days. The more we make, the longer we take, and we’d rather promise a range we can keep.

You say go. We take it from there.

About ten minutes to tell us about your business — then the steps above, in order. Live in as little as three days.
