Tell us about your business
A short questionnaire about your business, your tone and the one thing you want visitors to do. You can save it and come back if you want to think over a question.
The kickoff call
We book a time with you the same day you finish, and spend twenty minutes going over your brief together. After that, you only step in when there’s a draft to review.
The design draft
A designer lays out real pages around the work you do, and the draft lands in your dashboard early in the build.
Your private preview
The full site goes up on a private preview link. Walk through it, try it on your phone and leave a note wherever you want a change.
Revisions
A round is one batch of notes, however many changes it holds. Foundation includes one round before launch, Studio two rounds and Atelier unlimited rounds.
Launch
You approve, we connect your domain and the site goes live within your plan’s kickoff-to-launch range. After that, we keep it maintained.

You give us a short call, your logo, any photos you have and a few answers. We handle everything else.

Review the complete site before it goes live.

Open every page on your phone or computer and see how the full site works before anyone else can find it.
Comments in plain words
Leave notes where something should change. One submitted list counts as one revision round.
Approve when it’s right
Once you’re happy, approve the site. We then connect your domain and get it ready to launch.

Share a private preview with a partner or colleague when another opinion will help.

04 · After launch
We keep your site running.
Hosting, security and updates are part of the plan. When something in your business changes, send it over and we update the site.
Hosting and monitoring
We host the site and watch the services it depends on.
Routine content changes
Send updated hours, photos, prices or copy and we make the change.
Ongoing technical care
We handle security, backups and compatibility work behind the scenes.
A clean handoff if you leave
The site and domain remain yours, and we help you move them.
What if I don’t like it?
Tell us what missed the mark and we revise it. If the work still misses the brief after two revision rounds, we refund and part on good terms.
