Condos and new construction in Austin move faster than a country-home portfolio, and Harlowe & Finch keeps up with a direct route into the listings, in a look that suits glass-and-steel buildings.
This is a fictional business, and everything it says about itself was written for this sample.
Design decisions
A closer look at the choices behind the pages.
One direction, homepage to listings
Sharp buttons and a compact floating header set the direction on a split homepage, and the listings page keeps it going. The navigation uses the plain labels people expect, so nobody has to decode the brand to find a listing.
Use a consistent photographic rhythm
In the gallery every photo gets the same frame. That repetition helps city buyers who are scanning several places at once, and it keeps the photographs working for the brand.
