The uploader accepts what designers actually use:
- Images — JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, SVG, GIF, HEIC.
- Documents — PDF.
- Design files — Figma exports, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (.psd).
- Fonts — WOFF, WOFF2, TTF, OTF.
- Archives — ZIP, for batches of brand files.
Per-file limit is 25 MB. If you have something larger (a video, a giant photoshoot folder), drop it in a Drive or Dropbox folder and send the link in a message — your project manager will pull it down.
Files you upload appear in the Assets tab. They’re scanned for malware before we hand them to your designer — see the related article on what happens if a file gets removed.
