How do I cancel?

Open the billing portal and hit cancel. The site stays live until the end of the period.

Cancellation is one click in the billing portal:

  1. Go to Billing in your dashboard.
  2. Click Manage subscription — that opens Stripe’s billing portal.
  3. Pick Cancel plan.

We don’t hold you to a contract. The site stays live and fully functional through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. After that, the hosted site goes offline and your domain stays registered to you.
