Keyboard shortcuts

Hit ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) anywhere in the dashboard to jump between pages, articles, and actions.

The dashboard keeps the click count low — most navigation lives one keystroke away.

Open the command palette. Press ⌘K on a Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows / Linux from anywhere inside the dashboard. The palette opens with a search input and a curated list of recent items, common pages, and a few quick actions.

You can also click the small ⌘K button near the bottom-right corner — same thing, useful on mobile or before you’ve memorised the shortcut.

Inside the palette.

  • Start typing to filter — pages, help articles, recent messages and activity all rank together.
  • and move between results.
  • Enter opens the highlighted result.
  • ⌘ + Enter (or Ctrl + Enter) opens the result in a new tab — handy for help articles.
  • Esc closes the palette.

What the palette can do. Jump to any page in your dashboard — Review, Messages, Billing, Files, Domain, Activity, and the rest. Run quick actions like cancelling or pausing your subscription, updating your card, or signing out. Re-open a recent message thread or activity event without leaving the page you’re on. Pull up a help article from the same surface.

Shortcuts that work outside the palette.

  • Esc closes any open dialog (the help drawer, confirm prompts, the support widget).
  • Tab and Shift + Tab cycle through the visible interactive elements on every page — every dialog and form is keyboard-navigable end-to-end.
  • The skip link at the very top of the page jumps straight to the main content for screen-reader users.

If you have a shortcut you’d like us to add, send a note from the Messages tab — we read every one.
