How do I delete my account?

From the Account page — type DELETE to confirm. We hold your data for 30 days, then purge it.

Account deletion is in your control:

  1. Open Account in your dashboard.
  2. Scroll to the Privacy & Data card.
  3. Click Delete my account and type DELETE in the confirmation dialog.

What happens next:

  • Your account moves into a 30-day soft-delete window. You can sign in during that window and cancel the deletion if you change your mind.
  • Any active subscription is scheduled to cancel at the end of the current billing period — no partial refund for the unused portion.
  • After 30 days, our daily cleanup job permanently purges your profile, projects, files, messages, and subscription history. Audit logs are anonymised — we keep them for security but strip your identity.

If you want a copy of your data before deleting, hit Export my data first. We email you a confirmation and download a JSON file with everything we hold about you.
