Approve moves you straight to the Domain step — buy a new one through us or connect one you already own, and we’ll publish the moment DNS resolves. Approval is reversible until we go live, so you can roll back if you spot something post-approval.
Request changes opens a confirmation dialog (so it’s never an accidental click), then drops a structured note into your project so your designer knows exactly what you want adjusted. Two rounds of revisions are included; we keep going on small tweaks beyond that without drawing a hard line.
Both actions notify your project manager in Slack, write to your project’s message thread, and update the dashboard status in real time — so when you log back in tomorrow, you can see exactly where things stand.
