Two Roselawn Construction builders standing beside a timber-frame structure in progress

Three generations of North Shore craftsmanship.

Custom home builder

Founded in 1978, Roselawn was built on a simple idea: every house deserves to be built like a legacy. That hasn't changed. We still believe in timber over particleboard, in understanding clients over fast closings, and in details that last 50 years.

Why clients come back.

“We worked with Roselawn for 14 months on our custom build. They never cut corners, communicated every step, and the house is built to last generations.”

J. Richardson

“As someone in construction myself, I was exacting. They matched their estimates, managed permitting flawlessly, and the craftsmanship is exceptional.”

T. Mahoney
Marblehead, MA

“From foundation to final walkthrough, Roselawn treated our project like their own. You can see it in every joint, every beam, every detail.”
