Bodywork as still as the high desert.

Therapeutic Deep Tissue
Slow, deliberate pressure that follows chronic tension to its source and stays until it lets go. Nothing is forced — the work moves at the pace your body sets.

Hot Stone Massage
Heated basalt stones rest where muscles hold on hardest, and warmth does the slow work of loosening. Ninety minutes pass the way an afternoon rain does — quietly, and all the way through.
From the table
“I'd lived with lower back pain for years before I found Quietwater. Monthly deep tissue work is the first thing that's actually kept it away.”
Marisol T. · Santa Fe, NM
“I run distance most weekends, and regular sports massage here has kept me racing instead of nursing injuries.”
“I always thought massage was an occasional indulgence. Now I think of it as maintenance for my whole nervous system.”
Good to know
Before you book.
How often should I come in?
Most clients settle into a rhythm of every three or four weeks. For a stubborn issue, a few closer-spaced sessions can help at first — we'll suggest a cadence, never push a package.
Is deeper pressure always better?
No. Muscles release more when the body isn't bracing against the work, so we stay at a depth you can breathe through — and you can ask for a change at any point.
What if I fall asleep on the table?
It happens most days, and it's a good sign. The work carries on just fine, and we'll bring you back gently before the session ends.
The table is ready when you are.
One client at a time, by appointment — most days of the week.
