Small-batch roasted, right here in Burlington.
Millbrook Coffee Roasters roasts every bean on-site in small batches, then pours it in a warm corner café built for lingering — whether you're here for five minutes or the whole afternoon.

On the menu
What we're known for.
Millbrook House Blend
Our signature blend, roasted in-house every Tuesday and Friday — notes of brown sugar, toasted almond, and a clean, honeyed finish.
Vermont Maple Latte
A double shot of espresso and steamed milk, finished with real Vermont maple syrup from a sugarhouse twenty minutes up the road.
Nitro Cold Brew
Steeped cold for 18 hours and poured on nitro for a cascading, almost-stout texture — no sugar needed.
Cardamom Rose Cortado
Equal parts espresso and steamed milk with a whisper of cardamom and rosewater — our nod to the cafés that got us into this business.
Single-Origin Pour-Over Flight
Three rotating single-origin beans, brewed one cup at a time and walked through by whoever's behind the bar that morning.
Weekend Pastry Case
Croissants, morning buns, and seasonal galettes from a Burlington bakery three doors down — restocked twice a day.
The roastery
Small batches add up.

Our regulars
Why people keep coming back.
“I've had the same corner table for two years now. The wifi's solid, the pour-over's better than my old office coffee ever was, and nobody blinks when I'm still here at 4pm.”
“We ducked in out of the cold on a February walk and left with a bag of the Ethiopia natural. Two years later, it's still the only coffee we keep in the house.”
“I plan my Saturday mornings around whether the almond croissants are still in the case when I get there. They rarely are — get there early.”
Come warm up.
Whether it's a quick pour-over before work or a slow Saturday with the paper, we've got a seat for you.
