Can we stay in our home during the remodel?
Almost always, yes. We seal off the work area, keep a clean job site, and help you set up a temporary kitchen or bath so your household keeps running. For whole-home renovations we'll talk honestly about whether a short stay elsewhere makes sense.
Do you handle design, or just construction?
Both — we're a design-build shop. We work through layout, materials, and finishes with you before construction starts, so one team is responsible from first sketch to final walkthrough.
How far out are you booking?
Most renovations start two to four months after our first walkthrough, depending on scope and season. Design and material selections happen during that window, so the wait is working time, not dead time.
